Would you like to get fit and have fun in May, while supporting our hospital’s charity?

Sign up for 5k May! You can walk, run, cycle, skip, jump, roll – any activity you like, as long as you cover 5km during May. You can take part on your own or as a group and then nominate 5 friends or family members to complete their own 5km challenge.

We’d love it if you could raise funds for our charity’s Covid Response Fund, which allows us to continue to support the mental health and the health and wellbeing of our staff. However, you’re welcome to donate to any of our charitable funds – all support is gratefully received!

How to get involved

To sign up, please fill in a fundraising declaration form and return to (Please do this before you start fundraising, as it’s a legal requirement.)

You can set up a JustGiving page to share with friends and family and encourage donations - please state that you're fundraising for Fund 1001 CRF. Download instructions on how to set up a JustGiving page.

Share your progress

We’d love to see how you’re doing, and share your progress with our followers on social media. Follow our charity ‘QE Funds’ on Facebook and Twitter – and tag us when you upload your photos and updates on your achievements.
