You’re invited to our Annual General Meeting

Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Annual Members' Meeting will be held on Wednesday 29th September 2021 at 09.30am to 11.00am. This will take place virtually on Microsoft Teams.

We invite our members, the public, Governors, staff and valued stakeholders to join us as our Board of Directors formally presents our Annual Report, Accounts and Quality Report for the year ended 31 March 2021.

We will be looking back at what has been an unprecedented year for us all and hearing about how our fantastic teams continued to work incredibly hard to look after our patients in Gateshead and beyond.

You will hear directly from some of our teams involved in delivering innovations and service developments over the last year.

We will also be looking ahead to the future with an opportunity to hear from QE Facilities, our subsidiary company, about the exciting news that we are the first NHS body in the country to start manufacturing FFP3 face masks.

Once you have registered you will be provided with access to a Microsoft Teams link so that you can join the meeting (follow the 'View the Event' link in the confirmation email).

If you would like to ask a question of the Board of Directors, we kindly ask that you submit your questions in advance where possible please. You can do this by emailing by 12 noon on Friday 24 September.

If we are unable to answer all of the questions during the meeting we will publish the questions and responses on our website following the event.
