About this Publication Scheme

1. This Publication Scheme is a guide to information which we routinely make available in line with our commitment to the principles of openness and transparency, and in compliance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and the Re-use of Public Sector Information Regulations 2015.

Most of the information listed in the Publication Scheme can be accessed online free of charge.

If you require any documents in a different format or medium, we will try to accommodate your request. We do not normally charge for providing information. However, we may ask you to pay a fee, e.g. if you request multiple hard copies or copying onto media such as CD-ROM.

Access to information is governed by the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and Environmental Information Regulations 2004. For further information on our approach to providing access to information, please read our Freedom of Information policy and procedure.

Most of the information listed in our Publication Scheme can be re-used free of charge under the terms of the Open Government Licence v3.0. Please follow the link and read the terms of the licence to learn what you can and cannot do with the information.

We cannot grant our premission to re-use, if copyright to information is held by another organisation. If that is the case, you will need to approach such organisation directly to seek their permission.
